Warehouse Clearance Notice

Due to the nature of our warehouse clearance, stock levels can change very quickly. While we do our best to keep inventory accurate, on rare occasions an item may sell out before our stock system updates. If this happens, we'll contact you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

Please allow a little extra patience during our clearance sale, as order volumes may be higher than usual. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

That covers you if you accidentally oversell an item, without making it sound like your stock system is unreliable. It reads as a rare exception rather than an expectation.
